Martin Holding DO – Registered Osteopath                                              

 Martin has been practicing for 35 years, and uses traditional osteopathy but specialises in Cranial Osteopathy, a gentle method of releasing chronic tensions in the body, which can be caused by a variety of health problems.  Martin  also practices at Gareth Butler and Associates at 96 Clarence Road, Windsor on Tuesday and Wednesday. Steph Targett – McTimoney Chiropractor

Matthew Wrigley – Acupucture

Matthew Wrigley BSc (Hons) Acupuncture, Licenture of Acupuncture (LicAc) and a member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC).  As an Acupuncturist, he uses a mixture of Acupuncture, Tui Na and Fire Cupping to help a variety of conditions.

 

Christabel Butler – Counselling

Jasmine Hebden – Counsellor and Reflexologist

Jasmine is a counsellor having studied at the Bath Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre (BCPC). She is also a member of BACP. She provides affordable counselling for adults with a wide range of issues or difficulties. She uses a variety of approaches to suit the individual and their needs. Jasmine also works as a Macmillan nurse at the Great Western Hospital and has been a nurse for over 30 years.

Jasmine is also a qualified reflexologist, and holds an ITEC Diploma in Reflexology.  She has worked with clients in both the NHS and private sector.  Reflexology can help a wide range of issues ranging from fertility issues, alleviating side effects of chemotherapy and aiding relaxation and wellbeing.

Sarah Rider – Counsellor
 

Sarah holds a level 7 Diploma in Humanistic & Integrative Counselling from Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling and is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works as an integrative counsellor which means using a variety of approaches to suit different people. Counselling can be a difficult process and Sarah is committed to providing a safe and compassionate environment in which to discuss and explore issues. Sarah works within the ethical code as outlined by BACP and provides affordable counselling to suit all individuals.

Mary Lanigan – Counsellor

Mary is a Person-centred Counsellor with a level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.  Mary is currently working towards accreditation with the BACP.  Mary came from a background in primary education and has just started training to work with young adults and children.

Mary has a particular interest in bereavement counselling and working with people facing new stages in life and also those who care for elderly relatives.  Mary feels that counselling can be very beneficial in many circumstances of life, and offers a safe, gentle, non-judgemental space for people to explore what is going on for them.

Mary believes that people can use the counselling relationship to explore life experience on a deep and possibly new  level of consciousness.
