What is Hypnotherapy?

Can you recall driving a car, when suddenly you realise you weren't aware of the last part of the journey? This is an example of natural 'trance' and, through simple relaxation techniques, you can reach this level of relaxation in the sessions that are used for Hypnotherapy.  You remain awake and in control. It's a very relaxing experience that is widely recognised as a safe and effective method to bring about change.
