What is Hypnotherapy?

Do you recall driving a car and realising you weren't aware of the last part of the journey? This is an example of natural 'trance' and this is the level of relaxation that is used for Hypnotherapy.  You remain awake and in control. It's a very relaxing experience that is widely recognised as a safe and effective method to bring about change.
