Matthew Eatwell

Treatment Specialism: Chiropractic

Matthew Eatwell Profile PhotoMatthew Eatwell grew up in Lechlade and graduated from the Anglo- European College of Chiropractic with a Master's degree in chiropractic, having completed a degree in sports and exercise science 8 years previously.

After graduating from Chiropractic College, Matt went on to work in a busy clinic in Southampton for several years building up his experience in low back rehabilitation. He decided to move back to his hometown of Lechlade, and open a chiropractic clinic with his wife, Hilary, that would allow them to build a clinic that strives for clinical excellence.

Recently Matthew has established his practice in Cirencester since September 2011, with a different philosophy to many chiropractors. Matt’s values are focused on continued health and not just quick fix pain relief. To achieve this, other disciplines such as massage, podiatry and spinal rehabilitation are recommended to complement the chiropractic treatment.

Matthew was a keen rower and rugby player and now enjoys playing golf and running. He supports Bath Rugby Club and regularly attends home matches whenever possible. He is interested in treating sports related injuries and has attended many related post-graduate courses, such as dry needling (acupuncture), low back rehabilitation and has a keen interest in Tempro-Mandibular Jaw (TMJ) problems. However Matthew does enjoy treating a wide range of complaints that chiropractic encompasses, including back and neck pain, headaches, arm pain, leg pain, muscle injuries, sprains/strains and postural problems.

Matthew has full registration with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association.
